Company introduction

Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 is one of the first – class Enterprises under Hanoi Construction Corporation that is formerly Hanoi Architecture Company established on 05/08/1958 in accordance with Decision No 117/QD-BKT issued by Ministry of Architecture.

Renamed the South Hanoi architecture Company in 1960, and changed to Construction Company No. 1 in 1977 by Ministry of Construction, after Hanoi construction Corporation established in 1982, Construction Company No. 1 has become one of member units under Hanoi Construction Corpora­ tion according to the Decision No. 14l A/BXD-TCL0 dated 16/3/1993 issued by Minister of Construction.

In 2005, based on the characteristics and actual situation of the Company, Construction Company No. 1 chose the form of equitization according to Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree No. 187 /2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 on converting State-owned enterprises into Joint Stock Companies. Construction Company No. l was converted into Construction Joint Stock Company No.l according to Decision No. 1820/QD-BXD dated September 23, 2005 and changed to Construction Joint Stock Company No.l accord­ ing to Decision No. 2270/QD-BXD dated 09/12/2005.

After nearly 70 years of construction and growth, we always complete and exceed our targets assigned, and received a lot of noble awards from the Party and State.
