Description The master plan for the construction of the mixed-use complex of commercial centers, services, offices, housing and luxury apartments of T&T Group Corporation consists of 3 main blocks according to the shape of the land. The 25-storey "commercial services, luxury apartments" block, the 5-storey "low-rise commercial housing" block and the 4-storey "low-rise housing" block form a unified complex in a modern style and are designed to follow the main roads to develop the shape of the building.
Construction work items include: underground construction (D800 – D1200 bored piles, diaphragm walls, foundations and basements); reinforced concrete body and completion of the entire A1 & A2 building block (area: 600 – 700 m2, 5 floors high); building block C (area: 1,760 m2, 25 floors high). In addition, there are other items such as: termite control, electromechanical, fire protection, air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, escalators for the shopping mall and apartment area, garden, fence and outdoor infrastructure.
